Política de reembolso

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded. 

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent or design.  We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrances that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, design will change from time to time. No refunds will be given for lost or damaged mail. Please verify your shipping address/email address is correct at checkout.  

 

PRODUCT RETURNS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
